TradeAnywhere is an extremely robust and user-friendly system.At the same time Asian CERC understands the criticality of the application and thus has two packages to choose from for ongoing support and they are

1. Standard Support Package
This is purely a remote maintenance based service wherein the customer will be provided a help line to register calls with a very rigid and standardized escalation process. All updates and patches for the product will be provided through our web site and they will be designed for self-installation. The users will be intimated through email in case of a change and will be provided with the relevant instructions for downloading and applying a new patch or service. All trouble shooting calls will be attended by remote access to the machines and in case of a nagging problem an engineer will be sent to site for the same. Exhaustive training and documentation will be provided to the user to ensure smooth running of the system.

2. Onsite Support Package
The user can opt for this pack over and above the standard pack. In this pack Asian CERC will depute a resident engineer on site who would be trained by Asian CERC to handle all issues related to upgrade and troubleshooting.
